Lucas Glassworks LLC is a full-service mobile auto glass company based in North Carolina. We bring our services directly to you, serving Harnett, Johnston, Wake, and Durham counties, including cities like Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Cary, and surrounding areas. We come to your home, work, or wherever is convenient!

We accept various payment methods including Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash, debit/credit cards, or Cash App. If you wish to go through your insurance provider for the repair or replacement, you will need to pay Lucas Glassworks LLC upfront, and your insurance company will then reimburse you directly.

What should I know or do before and after service?

The service can take up to an hour. For windshield replacements, your vehicle needs to be unlocked. For window replacements, we will need access to your car key to roll the window up and down. If you would like us to vacuum up any glass fragments, please remove all personal items from the vehicle. After a windshield replacement, please avoid high-pressure car washes or tinting for a full week. After a back glass replacement, avoid high-pressure car washes and tinting, and ride with the windows up for a week. If possible, allow your vehicle to sit for at least 30 minutes after service before driving it.

How quickly can you come out, and how does your mobile service make things easier?

We pride ourselves on rapid response. Normally, we can come out the same day if the glass is ordered by 10 AM and we have availability. If not same day, we can often come out the next day if the glass is ordered by 4:30 PM. Our mobile service is designed for your ultimate convenience – you don't have to drive to a shop and wait. We come to your home, work/office, or any location where we have sufficient space to safely complete the job, minimizing your downtime and keeping you moving.
